Plane Truth
An open invitation to parents of babies and toddlers.
Thursday morning we begin a long trek to California (via Washington DC). We will be jammed into the window and middle seats of two rows.
Any advice for entertaining a 2 yrs old and a 10 month old for 6 hours, without being able to leave our seats easily?

Buy seats for both kids so you have the option of strapping them in. If you're lucky the little one will sleep most of the way and be entertained with food. Be prepared to have drinks spilled on you. 2 years is a rough age because she probably won't be content with coloring books & stickers. Walk through a dollar store or someplace with lots of cheap toys and buy a bunch of them, then pull them out one at a time as needed.
